Terms of Service & Refund Policy
By enrolling in First Deal Academy, you agree to the following terms.
1. All Payments Are Final.
All payments are non-refundable under standard circumstances. Your enrollment is a commitment to the full 6-month program and ongoing access as described.
2. Special Circumstances Refunds.
A refund may be granted only under special circumstances. Specifically: if you have actively followed the program (attended scheduled coaching calls, completed assigned action items, engaged with the community, and applied the strategies taught) and have not achieved measurable progress toward your first real estate deal, you may submit a refund request for review.
3. How to Request a Refund.
To request a special circumstances refund, email our team at support@firstdealacademy.com with the subject line "Refund Request." We will request documentation of your participation, including call attendance, completed action items, and applied effort. Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
4. Do Not File a Chargeback.
Please contact us directly before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your payment processor. Filing a chargeback prior to contacting our team forfeits your eligibility for any refund or future access to the program. We handle every legitimate request in good faith and will respond within 5 business days.
5. The Guarantee.
If you have followed the program in good faith and have not closed your first deal within 6 months, we will continue coaching you at no additional cost until you do. This guarantee is the primary risk reversal of the program and replaces, in most cases, the need for a refund.

7. Program Access.
Program access (Q&A calls, community, training library) is provided for the duration of your enrollment. We reserve the right to remove members who violate community guidelines, harass others, or share program content externally.
